**Note ** : Before doing anything please disconnect all the cable connected through smps .
Now i'm going to show you a simple step which can be done by any non technical person. i mean you can check your smps by our self
Just Connect the Green socket and black socket by a wire or a pin like this picture bellow
After Connecting These two point just turn on the power button. If the fan is start then your smps is perfectly ok if not there is problem in your smps. please consult to a hardware engineer.
